RETURNS POLICY
The following does not affect your statutory rights.

Please allow up to 14 working days from date of dispatch for delivery. Any claims for lost goods cannot be entered into until the 15th working day from dispatch.

Where an item has been returned to us undelivered by Royal Mail, we do not provide a free redelivery. We will contact you regarding the re-delivery cost.

Cancellation Policy
If your order is cancelled before dispatch a full refund will be given. If the cancellation is made after dispatch the order will be treated as a return. Please see the Returns Policy.

Returns and Exchange Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it, at your cost, within 21 days of purchase in an unworn condition with all tag, labels, intact, with any free gift unopened, for a full refund. We do not refund P&P costs. Include your name and address and order details. If you would like to exchange an item, please include the P&P cost determined by the value of the item as above.

All returns must be unworn and unmarked and with all the original labels intact (this includes shoe boxes and free gifts) and you have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are received by us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of posting for your return / exchange as we cannot be liable for items not received.

Orders from outside the UK and Europe

All the above applies plus....
Goods being returned to the UK will incur duty charges unless Customs and Excise are made aware that your parcel is being returned to the UK and is not an import into this country.

Please do not return goods without receiving a returns number and the returns procedure for returning goods to the UK. If you do send goods back without using our returns procedure and customs charge duty then this will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel within the period given above then we will credit your credit/debit card within 48 (working) hours of the goods being received in the condition stated above.

We reserve the right not to refund goods that are returned if any of the above conditions are not met.
