Buying online can be daunting, it's not the same as in the shops, there is always an unknown element.  We hope we have addressed this by including in-depth product descriptions on the site.  We know that you won't be certain if the product is right for you until you handle it , if it doesn't look quite how you expected, if it doesn't fit properly or just doesn't fit your needs we are happy to take goods back for a full refund. Overseas Orders - We are happy to ship items to the States and Canada and Europe, we will contact  to arrange postage prior to dispatching the goods.    We provide a secure and fully insured delivery service to most International destinations. For all our orders overseas, an extra charge may added dependant on the weight of the package we try to keep any extra charge to a minimum, we will contact you for approval before we apply the charge to your order.

All findlaythomas transactions are powered by Pay Pal giving you security and peace of mind.  If you are new to internet shopping and don't have a Pay Pal account you have three alternatives.

1. When you are taken to the Pay Pal screen on checkout click the continue link in the bottom left corner of the page to simply enter your debit card details without opening a Pay Pal account.

3. If you do not have a credit or debit card we are happy to accept postal orders and personal cheques made payable to Findlay Thomas Limited, we will be unable to send the goods until the cheque clears.
